1. Application: 

This production line is mainly applicable to wire & cable insulation and outer sheath extrusion. Insulation materials: PVC, PE, XLPE and so on.

2. Working process of the SJ70+35 extruder
Extrusion is a continuous process in which the finished product is obtained by forcing the molten material through a forming tool (spinneret, extrusion head, orifice). The material used in the extrusion process has a high viscosity, and a product with a cross-section of the desired shape is obtained, such as plastic. In other words, extrusion can be considered a complex physicochemical process that occurs under the influence of mechanical forces, high temperatures and humidity. The processed raw material is heated by heat, which is released in the process of overcoming internal friction and deformation of the material, and also due to external heating.

• The operating system of the whole machine adopts Siemens PLC modular control, which can be controlled by single action or linkage speed regulation. And visual operation through 10.1 inch touch screen
• Communication control is adopted between PLC and frequency converter, which has higher precision and faster response than analog speed regulation; At the same time, PLC is equipped with Ethernet interface, and users can monitor remotely
• The whole machine is a dual control system: analog speed regulation and manual self reset knob speed regulation are set on the touch screen. The parameters can be set and adjusted freely through the touch screen or controlled by self reset knob
• The main machine and traction motor of the extruder are brand AC motors controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation system
• The latest generation of intelligent electronic display calculus temperature controller is selected as the temperature control instrument, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 2 ℃
