Machine body

16. Material :A3 steel plate 
Process: The stranding cage is formed by welding, treated by annealing to release the internal stress, and processed by fine boring machine. It has characteristics of no deformation, high precision and good stability. 

17. Transmission shaft 

• Material: 40Cr, tempering and surface high-frequency hardening 
• Process: The shaft cores are treated by HB250~280 tempering to release the internal stress to achieve the good comprehensive mechanical performance. All the adaptors have been good grinded to ensure the concentricity and perpendicularity of the shaft cores. 

18. Power transmission

• It adopts tooth type timing belts transmission. The take-up bobbin gear and control. is controlled by mechanical gear it uses magnetic powder tension auto control the take-up speed and stranding pitch. 

19. Bobbin loading and unloading device 

• Use the left rotary wheel to fix the conic apex center to fix the bobbin. The below of the take-up bobbin is equipped with hydraulic lifting trolley and slope plate, which can decrease the intensity of work. It adopts the full-closed safety cover with transparent acrylic, used for observing the take-up and traversing situation. 

20. Protective brake 

• It adopts the high-quality pneumatic brake. The machine can auto stop at wire-break or converter tripping. 
• The machine can reduce the running speed with in 30~50 seconds when meter counting to limit length. The machine can auto brake before stopping to prevent the wire from break and jumbling. 

21. Stable tension

• Constant tension from empty to full bobbin, the machine can automatically track and adjust take up tension, can adjust tension without stopping.

22. High quality stranding wire

The wire-passing system adopts a new structure and the wire directly passed from the main shaft guide wheel to bow band, so the scratching and jumping phenomenon caused by failure of the corner guide wheel on the Al wheel is subtracted.

23. Reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs

• The main engine is oil lubricated and naturally circulated and cooled, which effectively extends the service life of the main shaft bearings.
• The bearings of the whole machine are all well-know Japan brands, The bow belt is made of new materials and has good flexibility. In high-speed operation, it avoids jumping stock caused by vibration. Converter,electromagnetic brake, hydraulic jack etc are all imported famous brands.

• Change gear to change lay length
